What kind of shoes are good for conditioning in a gymnasium?
I am taking a martial arts class which requires running around in a gym for the first few weeks. We’re doing all sorts of running and jumping. I have a pair of running shoes, but they seem to be too “springy” for some of the jumping-based exercises that we are doing. What kind of shoe should I look into buying?
I Agree go with cross trainers, gives you good support on your back.
