Can anyone teach me some martial arts moves ?
It doesn’t matter what kind of martial arts it is
Running away is a good one. Put one foot in front of the other in the opposite direction of the attacker, repeat as necessary.
Other than that, there’s telling you how to do it and teaching you to do it properly. Sure, we could tell you the first, but it wouldn’t do any good without the second. And the second, well… That takes proximity.
